MURDER!Peculiar Disco Moves are a bunch of NE waifs & strays who form highly addictive pop songs with off-the-wall lyrical tirades!

Peculiar Disco Moves most recently celebrated the release of their latest single, Joining Fee, in November 2013, with a high profile in-store performance at HMV Newcastle. The single received rave reviews, including a full spread feature in the Newcastle Chronicle. Radio coverage came from BBC Introducing, as well as from Australian and American online stations amongst others.

The Domino Effect EP was released in April 2013 and had support from BBC’s Tom Robinson, with ‘Automatic Choice’ featured on the Listening Post section of the Fresh On The Net blog, as well as being selected for airplay on BBC6Music’s BBC Introducing Mixtape show. The band also performed a number of live radio sessions, including for Amazing Radio’s Colin and Matt Show.

Their eponymous debut EP was well received locally, including radio coverage from BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio and Metro Radio’s Nightowls, as well as having reviews and features in The Crack magazine and the Journal’s Culture Magazine.
